About Meagan

Together with her husband, Meagan has raised six children and embraced the responsibility of caring for her aging grandfather for eight years while he struggled with dementia. The experience of looking after her grandfather remains one of Meagan's greatest honors in life. In fact, it served as a catalyst for her to embark on a journey in alternative health, leading to her certification as a Complementary and Alternative Healthcare Practitioner and Traditional Naturopath.

Meagan's path toward natural health began in 2013 when she confronted her own significant health issue. This became a turning point in her life. With a combination of unwavering faith, continuing education, personal health journey, and profound life experiences, Meagan expertly employs holistic and natural alternatives to guide others on their own path to complete health and wholeness. She firmly believes in integrating spiritual, mental, physical, and emotional well-being, offering comprehensive support and guidance on your journey toward achieving optimal health and balance.

I’ve never done breath work, in fact I thought it would be one of those weird new age things when my friend Meagan asked me if I wanted to do it. It was anything but as she walked me through proper breathing and relaxing. She read scripture over me and made me feel safe she encouraged me and yet somehow found a way to make me feel like I still had privacy. I recommend at least giving it a try. It also helped with some tummy problems as far as bowel movement those kind of problems! But most importantly the focus was on Jesus while learning how to properly breathe and relax and be in a safe environment.
